It is an independent accounting services provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission, the Registry of Corporate Affairs, BVI Finance, or the Government of the Virgin Islands. We are not a registered agent and do not provide registered agent services.

The content of this site, including the deadline calculator, is general information. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice and creates no professional relationship. Filing obligations, exemptions and deadlines depend on the specific entity and must be confirmed with its registered agent.

The calculator

The deadline calculator applies the nine-month rule in section 98A of the BVI Business Companies Act to a date you enter. It cannot know whether an entity is exempt, whether a different financial year has been adopted, or whether any extension applies. Penalty figures shown are indicative and based on published schedules. Verify with the registered agent before relying on any output.

Engagements

Prices shown are our published rates and are an invitation to discuss, not an offer. Any engagement is governed by a signed engagement letter, a non-disclosure agreement and a data processing agreement. Those documents prevail over anything on this site.

The enquiry form is for contact details only. Do not attach or paste client financial records, personal data of third parties, or anything confidential. File transfer takes place on a controlled channel once an NDA is signed.

Governing law

Use of this site is governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab having jurisdiction. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
