This policy covers personal data collected through this website. It is separate from the data processing agreement that governs client records handled under an engagement — that agreement takes precedence for any data you send us as a client.

Who we are

What we collect

• Details you submit through the enquiry form: name, firm, role, email, phone, location, approximate volume and your message
• Server logs including IP address, retained for security and abuse prevention

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Where you are contacted in a business capacity, our basis is legitimate interest in offering professional services relevant to your role. You can object at any time and we will stop.

How long

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Server logs are kept for 90 days.

Where it goes

Enquiry data is processed in Jalandhar, Punjab, India and stored with our hosting provider. Transfers from the UK or EEA rely on standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.

Your rights

• Access a copy of what we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete it
• Object to processing, including direct outreach
• Complain to your local supervisory authority
