You are being asked to send client financial records to a firm you have not met, in another country. The least we can do is publish the numbers that let you verify who we are before you do.
The practice
BVI Support is the offshore accounting arm of Integrated Accounting & Business Services Private Limited, operating alongside Kumar Ashwani & Associates, a chartered accountancy firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The firm registration number is 008891N, which you can verify directly on the ICAI register.
The team has prepared financial statements for BVI companies since the Financial Annual Return requirement came into force, working continuously for one corporate services client whose book runs to roughly a hundred companies a year. We would rather tell you that number than imply a larger one.
The specialism was not planned. It came from the files that arrived as portfolio statements from Swiss private banks, in currencies the company did not report in, for years nobody had accounted for. Rebuilding those is still the reason most firms call us.
What you can hold us to
- Five working days from complete records, or we say so before accepting the file
- Two-stage review: preparer and separate qualified reviewer, on every file
- Free rework on anything we get wrong
- A named engagement manager who answers directly
- Fixed published prices, so you can quote your client without waiting on us
What we will not do
- Approach your end clients, now or later
- Act as a registered agent, or hold ourselves out as one
- Accept client records before an NDA is signed, however urgent the deadline
- Onward-outsource any part of your work without your written consent
