CA (Dr.) Ashwani Kumar

A renowned chartered accountant of nearly 40 years, trusted with financial stewardship at the highest levels. An alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School, Wharton, Oxford, the London School of Economics and IIM Lucknow, Dr. Kumar has served as a state bank director and helped draft international trade policy — and holds every file on our desk to that same institutional standard.

He specialises in corporate taxation, audit and finance, with deep expertise in due diligence, financial projections, foreign exchange matters, international tax laws, and financial and strategic planning for large businesses — advising on multi-million-dollar projects across both private enterprise and government, from public sector undertakings to international corporate groups.

CA Nripesh Gupta

A Chartered Accountant with an M.Com and a Harvard Summer School program in International Business, Nripesh heads the group's international accounting vertical — an ISO 9001:2015-certified practice — and founded BVISupport and FileWithCA as its offshore delivery arms. His specialism: the books and financial statements of 500+ BVI companies, alongside entities in the UK, Canada, the UAE and the US, including portfolio accounting with international private banks and prime brokers.

He also leads statutory audit, tax audit and taxation engagements for Indian clients — public sector undertakings among them, and corporate groups with turnover above INR 800 crore.
